Privacy Policy

1. Data we collect

Account data: your email and authentication identifiers (via email/password or Google sign-in, handled by Supabase). Usage data: features used, credits spent, lessons and mastery progress, and basic technical logs. Payment data: billing is handled by Stripe — we receive confirmation and subscription status but never store your full card details.

Content you submit (e.g. prompts, uploaded chart images for analysis) is processed to produce your result and is not used to identify you.

2. How we use it

To provide and secure the Platform; to authenticate you; to meter credits and entitlements; to process payments and prevent abuse; to improve features; and to communicate service and account messages. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Legal bases (GDPR)

We process data to perform our contract with you (providing the service), for our legitimate interests (securing and improving the Platform, preventing fraud), to comply with legal obligations, and with your consent where required (e.g. non-essential cookies).

4. Processors & sharing

We share data only with processors that help us operate: authentication and database (Supabase), payments (Stripe), AI processing (our model provider), and hosting/CDN. Each processes data under contract and only on our instructions. We may disclose data if required by law.

5. International transfers

Our processors may store or process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. Retention

We keep account and transaction data while your account is active and as needed for legal, tax and accounting purposes, then delete or anonymise it. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

7. Your rights

Subject to your jurisdiction (e.g. GDPR/UK GDPR, CCPA), you may access, correct, export, restrict or delete your personal data, object to certain processing, and withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@neotrader.app. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

8. Security & children

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, but no system is perfectly secure. The Platform is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
